Privacy Policy  
The people at cabinetBLAST respect your privacy and we take it extremely seriously. We take great pride in being honest, fair, respectful, and courteous to each and every customer. We will not rent, sell or exchange your email address or any other personal information. We do not collect any of your personal information unless you provide it to us. Any information that you provide to us will only be used to better serve your needs and to make your shopping experience more complete. We follow this policy not just because it is the law, but because we believe that it is the right thing to do.  
Return Policy  

We want you to feel confident in buying from us so we do offer a FREE Samples Program. We are delighted to send you a sample so that there are no surprises when you get your BLASTs in your home.  Just send a note with your FREE SAMPLE request to info@cabinetBLAST.com.

All the products we sell are double-checked for quality and accuracy before we send them to you, thus we truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier, we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 30 days.  We offer your choice of promptly refunding your money, (the return shipping charges to be paid by you) or give you Store Credit to exchange it for something else.  Since every BLAST is custom-made to your specific requirements, we strive to get you the products you want the first time you order.  If you have any concerns with our products, e.g., colors, textures, etc., please take advantage of our FREE SAMPLES program.  Just send a note to info@cabinetBLAST.com and we'll send you samples.

If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs. We ship all of these exchange orders back to you for FREE (Priority Mail or UPS Ground service) in appreciation of your business with us.

For a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging and please get a Return Authorization Number from us before you ship back your BLASTs.

 

 

 
Shipping Policy  
We custom-make every BLAST to your specific requirements and that process can take anywhere from 1-10 Business Days to assure the high quality results you expect.  We use UPS to ship your BLASTs and you can choose the type of Delivery that suits you.  UPS Delivery can take 1-12 Business Days.  
Guarantee Policy  

We guarantee our products to be free from material defects for 10 years.

If your BLAST is damaged when you receive it, let us know within two (2) days so that we can let UPS know.  We will replace your BLASTs at no charge if either we or UPS damaged your BLASTs, or if we sent you the wrong item by mistake.

Please heed all handling and cleaning directions supplied with your BLASTs.  And of course, if you misuse or otherwise damage your BLAST through your own actions, we won't be able to help very much.

We also Guarantee that our Removable Mounting System adhesives will not harm your cabinets.  Be sure to follow the simple instructions when installing or removing your BLASTs and in a couple of minutes you'll be finished.
